Hanna Tolsma (1980) has been a member of the Council for the Environment and Infrastructure (Rli) since 2023. She is Professor Decision-making and legal protection in Environmental Law at the University of Groningen. She holds a unpaid ancillary position as substitute judge at the District Court of the Northern Netherlands.
