Curriculum vitae
Leentje Volker (born 1978) has been a member of the Rli since 1 August 2024. She is a full-time professor of Integrated Project Delivery at the department of Civil Engineering and Management at the University of Twente. In this capacity, she develops scientific knowledge in cooperation with various public and private parties in the civil and hydraulic engineering and construction sectors. She is also a regular member of advisory and expert committees focusing on mobilising and organising implementation capacity in the built environment. Leentje holds unpaid positions as supervisory officer of the Het Instituut Foundation and member of the Innovation Council of Vechtstromen Water Authority.
