This advisory report is concerned with the position to be adopted by the Netherlands in negotiations about the new European Agricultural Policy. The Councils recommend that the discussions should be informed by the desire to achieve innovation, sustainability and greater competitive strength within the Dutch agricultural and horticultural sectors.
