Jeroen Niemans (1979) has been a member of the Council for the Environment and Infrastructure (Rli) since 2023. He is an urban planner and adviser at organisational advice agency Hiemstra & De Vries. He holds a paid ancillary position as a member of the Programme Council of the Action Programme for Spatial Design at the Creative Industries Fund NL.
